1. AGENDA FOR TUESDAY, 10/15/13:

0700-0800: Open Forum. We'll do introductions as usual, but with more time available to cover topics of interest, especially any networking needs -- let's see how we can help you.   

2. UPCOMING SPEAKERS:

10/15/13 (this week): Open Forum.
10/22/13: TBD. If you have a speaker in mind, or you'd like to lead a discussion yourself, just let me know at panicciaj@aol.com.

3.  CALL FOR SPEAKERS:

For the first 8 months of this year we had a consistent slate of great speakers, but this past 5-6 weeks we've had no speakers scheduled.  Such dry spells do happen occasionally, but let's see if we can break the drought and get some speakers lined up this next few weeks.  I'm aware of some ideas for speakers that some of you have mentioned, and even 1 or 2 tentatively lined up.  Can we get some of those solidified?  The calendar is wide open, so just pick a Tuesday and let me know.  Remember that it need not always be someone external -- some of our best sessions have been led by Biznet members who pick a topic of interest and lead a discussion on that.  Thanks.

Service Academy BizNet of Denver meets weekly on Tuesdays at 0700, in the Marriott Hotel at the Denver Tech Center. From I-25, exit Belleview east, then turn north onto Syracuse Street. The Marriott lots are paid parking (approx $2-4), however you can park for FREE across the street at Garcia's Restaurant (we have their permission). Look for us in the seating area inside the Marriott's coffee shop. RSVP is not required. Dress is casual. Attendance is open to graduates of the federal service academies (USAFA, USCGA, USMA, USMMA, USNA). Our schedule, roster and other information are posted at www.academybiznet.org.
