We'll do introductions as usual, but with more time to go into more depth (if you choose) on what's new for you, especially any networking needs.  We can help with advice, referrals, job search assistance, and other networking needs.  Or just come for the great discussion and the opportunity to renew some ties in your grad network.

3.  VETERANS PASSPORT TO HOPE - Wed, 11 Nov 2015:

Who:  Everyone in Colorado is invited
What:  Veteran's Passport To Hope 4th Annual Gala (Theme:  Stay the Course)
Where:  Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum in Denver
When:  Wednesday, 11 November (5:30 PM - 9:30 PM)
Why:  To support Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines

Veteran Tickets and Certain Table Prices Reduced!
Can't attend the Gala?  *Donate a ticket to a veteran so that he or she can attend* - $75.  We'll be sure that a veteran, active duty service member, or someone from the National Guard or Reserves fills the seat on your behalf.  We're offering a reduced ticket price to veterans ($75 as opposed to the normal price of $95).

Why you should attend or donate a ticket:
  • To learn about the issues that today's veteran's and their families are facing:  PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, high divorce rates, high homelessness rates, multiple deployments, high suicide rates (22 per day), etc.
  • To give back to your Colorado community (we donate all proceeds to carefully screened veteran friendly non-profits in the state of Colorado).
  • To listen to an amazing story of survival by triple amputee and Marine CPL Daniel Riley (RET) - veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan.
  • To have fun and to enjoy a great local band (Buckstein), drink excellent drinks, and network with others from within the Denver business community.
  • To add value to a veteran:  Just by attending and visiting with LinkedIn, veterans and their spouses receive $800 in value with their Job seeker premium upgrade and a full year on Lynda.com.  That's not including the consulting services!  It's a great way to help a veteran "Stay the Course"!
