3.  GRADS INVITED TO TALK TO STUDENTS, AT WINGS OVER THE ROCKIES (includes free VIP tour of museum):

Mark Hyatt, COO at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum in Aurora, writes as follows:

Our charter school students (6,7 and 8th graders) asked if I could invite any Service Academy grads to join them for ice cream socials on Jan 25, 26 and/or 27th from 1-2pm at our Lowry location. Purpose is to share stories about what it’s like to be a Cadet or Midshipman.  Might you invite your members for us?

If you give them my email, all they need to do is let me know and I’ll comp them into museum if they’ll arrive between 1245-1pm on one or more of those three days.  I’ll escort them to meet students and offer VIP tour of museum afterwards.  They can bring guests too.

Mark's email is mhyatt@wingsmuseum.org .

Agenda for Tuesday, 5 JAN 2016

1. AGENDA FOR TUESDAY, 5 JAN 2016:

0700-0730:  Introductions & Assistance.  Tell us what's happening in your world lately, especially any plans for 2016.  We can help with advice, referrals, job search assistance, and other networking needs.

0730-0800:  Annual White Elephant Gift Exchange.  Bring an unwanted gift, wrapped and ready to share.  We first determine the order of gift selection, then the fun begins.  Each selector has the option to choose a gift from the table, or "steal" one that has already been selected, in which case that person gets to choose again.  This process continues until a gift has been selected a maximum of 3 times, at which point that person keeps it.  In past years the gifts have ranged from quite humorous to very nice indeed.

If you forget to bring a gift, please join us anyway, as we always have a few extras.
