We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (minimum 6 years) that has worked in the Information Technology area and is PMI Certified. They need to have had extensive ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) as our project manager will be acting as the client interface to the company that is implementing the ERP system. The project is a major ERP upgrade in the manufacturing area and is located in Boulder area. The project is slated to go 10-13 months. The project is starting next week (November 1). The specific tasks are listed below:

The role is IT Project Manager, with the following high level responsibilities:

- Work with the SI technical team to review and validate the technical architecture design and discuss the pre-installation checklist
-Coordinate the set-up and installation of the various technical environments in accordance with the project milestones.
- Coordinate attendance of applicable Oracle-sponsored training for IT professionals
- Execute project mobilization activities
- Confirm project scope
- Create detailed project plans.
- Work with project team to gain agreement on project management protocols and customize PM templates / tools (e.g. status report, issues / risk log, budget tracker)
- Confirm deliverables and establish applicable templates and tracker
- Define communication plan (within the project team and externally) and associated tools
- Prepare for and conduct status meetings
- Define and execute data gathering tools, templates, etc
- If necessary, draft and send project communication prior to project meetings
- Coordinate IT QA efforts, including functional and load testing.
- Review SI deliverables with regards delivery to scope, schedule and budget.

The contractor shall conduct analyses in support of Effectiveness Analysis (EA) and Analyses of Alternatives (AoA) to include, but not limited to Computer Network Defense (CND), AFNetOps, Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Computer Network Attack (CNA), operational preparation of the environment, electronic systems security assessment, AF Web Risk Analysis, and Combat Communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
: Perform Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) for cyberspace systems.
: Analysis activities include Military Utility Analysis (MUA) and Operational Impact Analysis on the warfighter.
: Activities include developing analysis plans (including the development of key metrics and selection of MS&A tools)
: Conducting the analysis (including Design of Experiments and operating the appropriate MS&A tools), analyzing the results, and development of final reports/briefings.
: Write reports on various types of analyses supporting the breadth of cyberspace analysis efforts.
: Provide expertise in support of the AFSPC Integrated Planning and Programming Process (IPP) in the cyberspace mission area and the AFSPC Cyberspace Capability teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: 8 or more years experience in:
: Excel, probability/statistics and operations research techniques, and Modeling and Simulation (M&S).
: Working knowledge of cyberspace systems/ capabilities including Network Attack (Net A) and Network Defense (Net D).
: Functional knowledge of the following concepts:
: All aspects of cyberspace operations and metrics development
: Cyber quick-turn Capabilities Based Assessments (CBAs), to include follow-on studies generated by initial results
: Cyber operations command and control (624 OC) to include (but not limited to) operational assessments
: Cyber modeling and simulation requirements and tools to include (but not limited to) network architectures and familiarity with SEAS, C-REA, Treasuremap, C2 PAT and STORM
: Cyber risk assessment
: Impact to warfighter resulting from loss of cyberspace superiority
: Masters degree in Math, Operations Research, Probability/Statistics, Engineering, or related technical field required. Significant experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Warfare (IW), or Information Operations (IO) combined with non-technical bachelor's degree may substitute for technical Bachelor's degree.

The position ensures that the ARNG fulfills its covenant with Survivors through sustainment of a comprehensive multiagency program that improves Soldier and Family preparedness in the event of a catastrophic loss, maximizes cooperative efforts within organizations and agencies, ensures Survivors receive all the benefits to which they are entitled, and encourages Survivors to remain an integral part of the ARNG Family for as long as they desire. The SOS Program provides financial counseling referral and long term support to surviving Family members, ensuring the surviving Families’ concerns are addressed expeditiously in a holistic approach. The ARNG SOS Coordinator provides the states and territories a subject matter expert supporting programs and services to Survivors of fallen Soldiers. The SOS Coordinator will develop, administer, and coordinate SOS programs and services within the state or territory. The ARNG SOS Coordinator assigned to the state/territory will be formally supervised and provided program direction by MPSC and the national contract Program Manager located at National Guard Bureau, and will also receive technical guidance from the state or territory government point of contact.

The main driver for this change is our need to overcome persistent issues with the weekly email being blocked by spam filters or related problems. We will still keep our main Biznet web site, as well as our social media sites (Facebook and LinkedIn). We plan to update the main site with clear links to those social media sites, as well as a link to the new blog. In this way, the Biznet web site will remain the primary entry point for new members, with simple instructions for how to get plugged into these other Biznet communication tools.

Service Academy BizNet of Denver meets every Tuesday at 0700 - except if noted above - in the Marriott Hotel at the Denver Tech Center, just north of Belleview on Syracuse Street. Marriott parking is available at a reduced rate for BizNet attendees, or park for free across the street at Garcia's Restaurant (we have their permission). Look for us in the Marriott's large atrium seating area (The Lift), at the south end of the hotel. RSVP is not required. Dress is casual.
