Weekly News & Agenda for Tuesday, 29 October 2019

1. AGENDA FOR TUESDAY, 29 OCTOBER 2019:

0700-0800:  Introductions. Assistance, and Open Forum Discussion.

During introductions, tell us a bit about yourself and any networking needs. We can help with referrals, advice, job search assistance, and other networking.  We also welcome topics of general interest for discussion.

2. SPEAKER SCHEDULE:

29 October:  Open Forum Networking

5 November:  TBD or Open Forum Networking

If you have a speaker in mind for an upcoming Tuesday, or would like to lead a discussion yourself, just let me know, at PanicciaJoe@gmail.com.

3.  SEEKING A NEW BIZNET FACILITATOR:

I've decided to discontinue my role as facilitator of the Denver BizNet group, effective at the end of this year.  This is mainly due to changing work demands and priorities for my time, including on Tuesday mornings.  The declining attendance is certainly another factor -- in recent months we've rarely had more than one attendee besides myself, and on many recent occasions it was just myself.  I must also admit that after facilitating every Tuesday morning for the past 13 years, my energy toward it has waned.  It could use some revitalization in many respects, but it's best for someone else to take that on.

If you're interested in picking up the torch to lead the Denver BizNet group, please let me know, at PanicciaJoe@gmail.com.

If no one steps forward by the end of the year, the weekly meetings will either discontinue or will proceed without facilitation or speaker coordination.  Similarly, this weekly blog post/email will discontinue, although perhaps the blog site itself could remain for anyone to post items of interest, as is the case currently.

Have a great week.
