Agenda for Tuesday, 8/7/12

We'll get the meeting started with roundtable introductions, focusing on any networking needs. Feel free to also bring up any topics of general interest.

Biznet member Jim Rowland (USNA '92) will talk about his recent experience at Guantanamo Bay.  Jim spent much of his Navy career in intelligence and cryptology, including a recent stint at Guantanamo Bay as one of the declassification officers for Guantanamo intelligence.  He will talk about that experience and his perspectives on the situation there.

8/7/12 (this week):  Jim Rowland - see above.

8/14/12:  Bob Ahrens (USNA '69) will talk about a pilot program to provide mentoring for USNA alumni. The program is being proposed as part of a class gift from USNA '69.

8/21/12:  TBD or Open Forum.

8/28/12:  David Pigott (USMA '03) will speak about current issues in Colorado.  David is running for a seat in the Colorado House of Representatives, from Broomfield.

If you'd like to invite a speaker or lead a discussion yourself on any future Tuesday morning, just let me know at

Have a great week.

Joe Paniccia (USMA '84)
