Weekly News & Agenda for Tuesday, 12/30/14

1. AGENDA FOR TUESDAY, 12/30/14:

It's the holidays, but we still meet.  Swing by the Marriott-DTC on Tuesday morning, grab some coffee, and join us for good conversation and networking.

0700-0715: Introductions.

0715-0800: Networking Assistance & Open Forum Discussion. We'll help you with advice, assistance, referrals, or other specific networking help.

2. SPEAKER SCHEDULE:

12/30/14 (this week): Open Forum/Networking.

1/6/15: Annual White Elephant Gift Exchange.  Join us on 1/6 for this annual Biznet tradition.  Maybe there's a clunker or two among the gifts you received this year, or just something gathering dust in your basement that you'd like to unload.  Bring it on 1/6/15, wrapped and ready to exchange via our slightly convoluted exhange rules.

3.  CALL FOR BIZNET SPEAKERS - 2015:

We have a speaker or two in the pipeline, but let's get a strong slate lined up for January and beyond.
Heard a great talk lately?  Know someone in an interesting line of work?  Maybe someone in your network has a great career story or interesting volunteer activity.  Or maybe that person is you -- about half of our Biznet speakers are our own members who share interesting insights about their work, their network, their hobbies, volunteer activities, or some other topic of interest.
Whether it's you or someone you know, just let me know and I'll be happy to put them on our schedule.  Send me a note at panicciaj@aol.com.
