       Managed the Inside Sales, Shipping, and Warehouse Departments. $1 million in annual sales and all logistics for the same. Responsible for coordinating between Engineering, Sales, and Production for customer orders. Supervised 2 to 6 personnel. Directed all communication with customers and advertisers using excellent written and verbal communication skills.

       Directed plant operations while Plant Manager was absent. Responsible for maintaining production schedule and executing all aspects of an $8 million a year factory with a Lean Manufacturing philosophy.

       Directed all Safety, industrial hygiene, employee training programs throughout the company. Qualified company for Worker’s Compensation Cost Containment Program in 2009, earning the Worker’s Compensation Insurance discount.

       Created Engineering models and drawings using CAD conforming to drawing standards.

Service Academy BizNet of Denver meets weekly on Tuesdays at 0700, in the Marriott Hotel at the Denver Tech Center. From I-25, exit Belleview east, then turn north onto Syracuse Street. The hotel will be on your left. There is free self-parking at the hotel. Look for us in the seating area inside the Marriott's coffee shop. RSVP is not required. Dress is casual. Attendance is open to graduates of the federal service academies (USAFA, USCGA, USMA, USMMA, USNA).
